• James S. Ganther, ESQ.


    Jim Ganther is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Dealer Services, and acts as President of its Compliance Services division. Prior to founding Mosaic, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for an F&I brokerage and consulting firm. Mr. Ganther is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, and was designated by F&I Management and Technology Magazine as a member of their national "Who's Who in F&I." He is a frequent lecturer and author on compliance topics.

    He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and his Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School. Jim lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife, Melissa, and their seven children. His hobbies include Little League, car pools, and tuition.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Tyler Raquet, Mosaic's COO, is responsible for Mosaic's day-to-day business operations. Tyler has worked at Mosaic since graduating from college and has held positions in account relations, technology and training.

    Tyler graduated from University of South Florida with degrees in, both, Finance and Economics and holds certifications for Adobe's After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Muse programs, as well as Microsoft's Office Suite and Access 2013. Tyler is a resident of St. Petersburg, FL and when he's not working he is typically designing a website, golfing or boating in the Gulf of Mexico.
